Process and principles
Four steps from brief to support, with no surprises in time or price.
Brief
I go through the task, goal and constraints. Free, usually one call or chat is enough.
Plan and estimate
I fix the scope, timing and price per stage so you know what you pay for.
Development
Short iterations, working versions to review, fixes along the way.
Launch and support
Deployment, instructions, training. Then improvements and maintenance.
Principles
Simple and maintainable
I choose solutions that can be handed to someone else without fear of touching them.
Automate the repeatable
If an action is done twice, it is time to turn it into a script.
Verify the result
Tests, logs and notifications: the system tells you when something goes wrong.
FAQ
How much does it cost and how is the price calculated?
It depends on scope. After the brief I give an estimate by stages; small tasks can have a fixed price, longer ones hourly or monthly.
How soon can we start?
Usually within a few days after the task is agreed. Urgent small fixes can be faster.
Can you improve an existing project?
Yes. First I look at the code and infrastructure, then propose a plan: targeted fixes or a rework.
Do you work with 1C?
Yes: processing, reports, extensions and integration with websites, messengers and other services.
Who owns the source code?
You do. I hand over the code, access and documentation when the work is done.
Do you optimize sites for AI answers?
Yes. I add structured data, llms.txt, machine-readable catalogs and an article structure that is easy to quote.
Tell me about your task
Describe what needs to be done, even in a couple of lines. I will reply with questions or an estimate.
